No, not joking. Honestly I nearly talked myself out of getting this flavor. I imagined it being awful. A poor attempt at an otherwise absolutely fabulous flavor in real cupcakes. However, color me impressed! It tastes exactly like red velvet! Wonderfully sweet & delicious. Only problem: it’s almost too good! 🤤 thank you Foger! ❤️
I ordered $140 worth then paid for my package insurance and protection. Then when tracking my package it was dropped of somewhere else and never even got an adult signature as required by the shipping insurance. Then when I tried contacting customer care I finally got a response after 6 emails and calls later. I had selected to get a replacement instead of a refund and then they chose not to replace my order and just refunded it back and did not even contact me to let me know that they changed it so after waiting again I and finally getting somebody again then they chose to inform me they refunded my money. Really disappointed in the customer service and the handling of my order all around. Looks like ill be finding a new company to do business with unfortunately.
