This is the second review request I have gotten for an order I have paid for but NEVER RECEIVED!!
It's been over 2 weeks that I bought abd and paid for my vapes.and still have not received them.
I never received my order. I sent an email and nothing. My credit card was charged. Need to k know what is going to be to rectify this situation... asap.

Good flavor long lasting great battery life
I have had packages lost from you before. You pounced on it quickly and made it right. It is appalling your customer service is sitting on this for so long. I informed your customer service last week my package hasn’t arrived. Here I am today again asking for some attention to this issue. As much as this will hurt me, I will be calling my bank tomorrow if I don’t receive my package and I will be saying good bye and never order from you again. Some not so good changes have occurred on your end at your customer service department. You guys used to be very good but not so much anymore. That is very unfortunate as I thought we had a good relationship. It is quite unpleasant to be down to our last vape with no solution in sight.
I wont order from this company again, took way too long for my order and customer service was terrible
