I don't understand. Why are 3% Cali vapes nearly non-existant? For example, Alternative only has one Frozen flavor in stock and I fear it will read "sold out" at any moment and none of the 3% Frozen will ever be re-stocked. Then, I am forced to move on. If I am lucky enough, I may find slim pickins at another online shop only to go through the same exact scenerio once again.
